🧠❤️ Our Story: We Don’t Just Coach It—We’ve Lived It
We’re Josh and Leslie Richey—certified coaches, real-life partners, and living proof that healing is possible, success is personal, and love can rise from the ashes.
But before we became coaches, we were just two people trying to survive a world that didn’t make space for how we were wired.
Josh grew up in special education classrooms, misunderstood and underestimated. His mind worked differently—creative, quick, and complex—but the system labeled him “slow.” That label followed him for years, shaping his self-worth and limiting what he believed was possible.
Leslie spent much of her life masking the chaos of undiagnosed ADHD. She could run circles around most people when she was focused—but behind the scenes, the mental exhaustion, shame, and self-doubt nearly broke her. She constantly asked: Why can’t I keep it all together when I’m trying so hard?
Together, we carried silent struggles—but we also carried dreams.
In 2012, we fell in love. Our values aligned. Our ambition was unstoppable. And our connection felt like home. We started building the foundation for what would become our coaching practice. But the unresolved pain from our individual pasts caught up to us. Life came at us hard—from all directions: internal struggles, external pressures, emotional baggage, and personal burnout. Eventually, it tore us apart.
For ten years, we lived separate lives.
New marriages. Broken promises. Parenting challenges. Personal triumphs and devastating losses. We both changed—and we both healed, in our own ways.
Then, we found each other again.
And this time… we were ready. Ready to do the work. Ready to face the hard conversations. Ready to rebuild not just our relationship—but ourselves.
Now, our life—and our coaching—is different.
We help people not just fix their relationships—but find their footing again.
Whether you’re:
-
A neurodivergent adult trying to build a life that finally makes sense
-
A parent of a child with ADHD or learning differences, wondering how to cope without losing yourself
-
A couple trying to navigate the disconnect between two completely different communication styles
-
Or an individual trying to rewrite a story you were never meant to carry...
We’ve been there.
We are there—every day. And that’s what makes us the coaches people trust. Because we don’t come from theory—we come from lived experience, hard-won healing, and a fire to help others find the breakthrough we found.
We know what it’s like to struggle with focus, self-worth, and emotional regulation.
We know what it’s like to fight for a second chance—at success, at peace, at love.
And we know how to turn that struggle into strength.
So whether you’re here for love, clarity, confidence, or connection—welcome.
You don’t have to pretend. You don’t have to mask. You don’t have to “get it all together” before you ask for help.
This is your space.
And this is your second chance.
We’re so glad you’re here.
